REFUND POLICY

Please choose your products carefully as we do not* refund or exchange for change of mind or wrongly selected products.

Ensure you double check the contents of your shopping cart before confirming and paying for your order. Once an order has been submitted it is sent directly to our warehouse for processing and our warehouse staff are unable to look for an individual order to make any changes or to cancel it. Your order will be shipped as per the original order that you placed and confirmed. 

Refunds or exchanges are only available for damaged or faulty goods if we cannot replace or repair your item. Australian Modeller will replace with the same or similar item if available or have the item repaired by the manufacturer once the damaged or faulty goods have been received and inspected by our staff at Australian Modeller. A copy of your receipt must be returned with your item.

Please ensure that you inspect your goods after purchasing, as any items received that are damaged or faulty must be returned within 30 days.

Any costs incurred by the customer to return the damaged or faulty goods to Australian Modeller is at the customers expense. Australian Modeller will cover the cost of returning the replacement model/refund to the customer after it has been repaired, replaced or refunded by Australian Modeller.

Please email Australian Modeller at information@australianmodeller.com.au if you have any issues with your purchase or have received damaged/faulty items. Please do not send damaged or faulty items back to us without contacting our staff first. We will not be able to accept your parcel if you have sent it back without arranging it prior.

*If we do come to an agreement with the customer to cancel an order because of change of mind or wrongly selected items, all costs incurred by Australian Modeller for shipping out your original order (if it was shipped), plus any PayPal, Credit Card or AfterPay fees associated with the original transaction and the refund payment will be deducted from the refunded amount. If our costs and fees exceed the refund amount then payment must be made to Australian Modeller by the customer for these amounts before we can cancel any orders.
