“Diesel Diary - 17” continues the theme of illustrating a wide range of diesel locomotives working in a variety of locations in New South Wales.
Highlights of this DVD include:
- The last two 80 class locos to wear the Indian Red livery, 8003 & 8027, working together on a load to Werris Creek in October 1999.
- A trip to southern NSW in April 2000 to record Great Northern loco T381 on a train to Young: Freight Australia X and G class locos on heavy grain trains; as well as many other combinations of locos.
- LVR locos 4204 & 4486 hauling a tour from Cowra along the Blayney line in April 1996.
- Victorian loco B74 working with three ATN L class locos on an extremely heavy grain train to Port Kembla in November 2000, including a spectacular assault of Como Bank.
