“Just South Australian Trains” is a production featuring generous clips of locomotive noise, many types of locomotives, colour schemes and operators, operating over the South Australian rail system.
The program includes journeys to the Adelaide Hills on the South Line featuring heavy grain trains; the Port Augusta area highlighting transcontinental intermodal freight and finally the 1068mm gauge OneSteel railway, hauling iron ore between the Middleback Ranges and Whyalla.
The entire show was filmed in High Definition during 2011. While there is no narration, screen captions assist the viewer.
Operators and Liveries include: CFCLA, Genesee & Wyoming, Great Southern, Pacific National, QRNational and Specialised Container Transport (Specialised Bulk Rail).
Locomotives featured include: 22, 82, 900, 1300, 6000, ALF, CK, CLF, CLP, DL, EL, GM, NR, SCT, V & XRB.
